Our founder served in a sensitive location too. We know the cost of a careless sentence, and we know that silence isn't a safe alternative — your supporters still need to hear from you.
Location names stay out
We never name your country, city, region, or organization in anything we write, print, or store. Where a piece needs geography to make sense, we use the language your sending organization already approves — "the region," "where we live," "our team's context." You tell us the boundary once; we hold it on every send.
Sensitive terminology, rewritten
Words that create risk for you don't belong in your mailbox pieces. We write around the vocabulary your protocol restricts and keep the story intact — what happened, what mattered, what's next — without the terms that would flag it.
Pseudonym support
If you go by a different name in print, we write to that name, address to it where appropriate, and keep your legal name only where the mail stream requires it. Photos can be cropped, omitted, or replaced with images that carry no identifying detail. If faces are a problem, say so once and we won't ask again.
Nothing prints without your written approval
Every piece goes to you as a draft. Nothing moves to print, envelopes, or the mail stream until you send written approval back — no deadline pressure, no revision limits, no exceptions. If you want a second read from a teammate or a spouse first, we hold the job.
Built around your organization's review process
Many sending organizations run a communications review before anything goes out. Tell us who reviews and how long they take, and we build that step into the schedule instead of working around it. We're happy to send drafts directly to a communications officer and take edits from them.
How partner list data is handled
Send your list in whatever shape it's in. It's used for one thing — mailing your updates — and it's never shared, sold, or reused. Access is limited to the people producing your piece, and we'll delete a list on request. Our full data practices are in the Privacy Policy.
